Course Details

CPR-C:

CPR-C courses provide all the knowledge and skills required to recognize and respond to the signs and symptoms of choking, non-breathing, and pulseless victims. In this 6-8 hour course, you will learn all aspects of CPR skills and theory for adults, children, and infants, including two-rescuer CPR skills. CPR-C includes the importance of early defibrillation and how to use an AED.

Prerequisite:

There are no prerequisites to participate in a CPR-C course.

Certification and Candidate Recognition: 

The CPR-C certification is considered current for 2 years. Successful candidates will receive a certification card. In order to recertify, candidates must take the same course (CPR-C).
